Our Mission
The Disciple Maker Formation Program, serving Resurrection, Allenton, St. Lawrence, Hartford, and St. Peter, Slinger has a goal to excite and enlighten the young members our parish communities. This program exists to encourage our young parishioners to be independent and active members of our parishes and to encourage Christian growth to all those they meet in surrounding communities.
Young people are encouraged to encounter the ongoing presence of Jesus Christ personally and within their parish community. They can achieve this in many different ways:
- Instruction in the Catholic faith
- Receiving the Sacraments
- Frequent and personalized Prayer
- Local, regional, and youth ministry events
- Each other
